If you received a product that is damaged or turns defective during its warranty period, please contact our customer service team via the feedback form below with a brief description of the problem and how we can help you.

It may save you time to troubleshoot issues by first reviewing the product’s Instruction Manual before filing a warranty claim.

In most cases, we will ask for a damaged or defective items to be returned to our facilities for quality inspection.
